5.3.2 Rear differential housing
Check the level after every 50 hours service by means of the plug with breather
and dipstick N° 13 fig.1. Remove the rubber cover under the seat to access the
plug (where applicable).
It is advisable to use AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80W/90 oil.
Change the oil after every 800 hours. The required quantity is approx. 7.5Kg.
Oil draining: plug N° 1 fig.10.
Oil filling: plug N° 13 fig.1.
Keep the breather plug clean N° 13 fig.1.
5.3.2.1 Cleaning the Power lift oil filter
The oil filter of the power lift is installed at the front of the tractor under the
gearbox housing.
The filter must be cleaned after every 400 hours service and whenever the oil is
changed. Clean the filter after the first 50 hours.
After the oil has been drained, remove the filter by taking it from the right-hand
side of the machine for Mod.26RS-30RS-30SN-30A and from the left-hand side
for Mod.40RS-W40RS-40R-45RS-45R-40SN-40A, wash it with gasoline (petrol)
or Diesel oil, dry it and fit it back in its housing.
5.4 AIR FILTER
Consult the engine manual.
If the tractor is equipped with an oil-cooled filter, clean the filter itself after every
50 hours service: remove the cartridge, wash it with wash oil and dry with air.
Pour new oil of the type used for the engine into the filter reservoir.
If the machine has a dry air filter (N° 2 fig.1 for Mod.30SN-30A-40SN-40A-40RS-
W40RS-W45RS-45R-40R-45RS), the cleaning operation must be carried out
after every 50 hours service and whenever the relative indicator light (N°16 fig.2
for Mod.30SN-30A-40SN-40A-40RS-W40RS-W45RS-45R-40R-45RS) warns
that the filter is clogged. The filter is cleaned by blowing air from the inside
towards the outside. Every 50 hours, remove the dust from the rubber valve
under the filter by pressing on it a few times. Replace the cartridge if necessary.
For machines mod. SN - A, unscrew the screw that holds the metal clamp on the
air filter and pull the actual filter upwards until the cartridge can be removed.
5.5 SEAT
Adjust the seat distance if necessary (using lever N° 15 fig.1). A soft or rigid seat
suspension can be obtained by means of knob N° 10 fig.1.
EEC approved seats can be adjusted in the following way:
•
Lever 9 fig.1 – seat height adjustment.
•
Lever 11 fig.1 – seat suspension adjustment carried out according to the
driver's weight: less than 70 Kg; more than 70 Kg.
