Push-button 5 turns on the indicator lights for the different optionals one after the
other:
1. when on - engine RPM are shown on display
2. when on - PTO RPM are shown on display if at 540 or 540E position. There is
no signal in the neutral position.
3. when on - partial work hours are shown.
4. when on - total work hours are shown.
