6.3 Installing revolving door TSA 325 NT RC 2

The installation of revolving door TSA 325 NT RC 2 is the same in many respects as the installation of revolving

door TSA 325 NT. This section describes the installation steps that differ from installation of revolving door TSA

325 NT.

6.3.1 Mounting the floor ring

see section 4.2.1 Mounting the floor ring on page 8

6.3.2 Aligning the floor ring

see section 4.2.2 Aligning the floor ring on page 9

6.3.3 Fastening the floor ring to the subsurface

see section 4.2.3 Fastening the floor ring to the subsurface on page 10

6.3.4 Filling the floor ring space with screed.

Before pouring the screed, ensure that the bases are installed and the floor ring is aligned.

Mounting the bases

A flange may be used as an option for the version with floor ring and bases.

Install the sealing sheet (4).

Insert the bases (2) into the square profile (1) from

below.

Place the bases (3) below the base plate.

Adjusting the bases

Unscrew the base using the hex nut (6) until the

base is standing on the base plate (3) and sup-

porting the top square pipe (1).

Once this is complete:

Tighten the lock nut (7) using an open-end spanner.

Complete the settings for all floor ring bases.

Fill the floor ring space with screed.
