Chapter 12 - - Set Preferences

Note:

If the image is not good due to the GLR setting’s non-consistent with target sys-

tem, please re-configure GLR and reprocess the image.

Note:

Make sure the detector is fully covered by the grid if grid configured.

Grid Line Rate

Grid line reduction function needs the grid line parameters on the target
analog system to calculate the grid line location in single energy image. No
more than 2 kinds of grid line rate can be select at once.

Note:

Make sure the proper grid line parameter is selected before the exposure.

If the grid type of target system is not in the list above (36LP/CM, 40LP/CM,
60LP/CM, 70LP/CM, 78LP/CM), it’s recommended to configure the “Grid line
rate” for GLR algorithm according to the table below.

If the effect of grid line reduction is not obvious or the image is distorted
after the image reprocessed using the configuration shown as below, then it’s
recommended to change the grid.

The recommended grid type is 70LP/CM.
