If QC check failed, Do not continue and click the cancel button to redo QAP based on
instructions on the QC check failed screen.

Bad Pixel Calibration Procedure
5.5.1
Prerequisites:
•
Correct detector firmware must have been downloaded to the detector before proceeding.
•
Wireless connection is set up prior to starting this calibration.
•
The system must be operating without a reboot for 10 contiguous minutes or more before any
calibration is performed.
•
Gain calibration has been done before.
5.5.2
Instructions:
You are required to do the following:
1.) Place the detector on the table.
2.) Confirm the wireless connection is available.
3.) Execute Bad Pixel Calibration refer to the screen instruction.
4.) Perform QAP and verify that Image Quality (IQ) passes.

Detector Calibration Confirm
After Gain and BP calibration, take an exposure using same x-ray technique in gain calibration and
adjust WW/WL to check whether there is bad line on the post processing image.
If there is bad line, redo Gain calibration. If after second Gain calibration the bad line still exists,
mark it as Bad line using the latest raw image by manual BP tool. (For how to use this tool, please
