When stored in the JSON file format the tag list names and tags are stored along
with the flags defining whether or not the list is addible (
FlagAddingAllowed
),
whether or not the list must be selected from (
FlagForceInput
).
Attributes that are present in the CSV format as well are marked in
orange.
