4-1. ELECTRICAL WIRING

PRECAUTION FOR ELECTRICAL WIRING
Regulation on wire diameter and selecting circuit braker size differ from locality.
Install in accordance with regional standard.
WARNING
● Do not turn on the power until all installation work is complete.
● Always install a circuit breaker in the power supply cable for the unit. Failure to use a circuit
breaker could result in electrical shock or fire.
● Before starting work, check that power is not being supplied to the unit.
● Connect the connection cable firmly to the terminal board. Imperfect installation may cause a fire.
● Always fasten the outside covering of the connection cable with the cord clamp. (If the insulator is
chafed, electric leakage may occur.)
● Always connect the ground wire.
● Never install a condenser for improving the power factor. (It will not improve the power factor and
the condenser will become abnormally hot.)
