The illustration depicts main appliance parts for one model and the list includes their
descriptions and functions.
A) Structure: it is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a fastening system (A1)
for the food container.
B) Food container: contains the food product to be stuffed.
C) Expulsion nozzle: it can be equipped with funnels of various diameter according to
the type of sausage to be produced.
D) Crank: used to press food product. The crank can be inserted in two couplings: one
to press product or slowly retract the piston, the other to quickly slide the piston.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
1- Fully retract the piston using the crank (D) .
2- Release the fastening system (A1) and rotate the food container (B) to a position suit-
able for filling.
3- Fill the food container with food product.
4- Return the food container to the initial position and lock it using the fastening system
(A1) .
5- Press food product towards the outlet mouth (C) using the crank (D) .
If it is the first time the appliance is used, remove any protective linings and accu-
rately clean to remove any construction material residue before starting it.
