ASSEMBLY 

 

 
All fasteners are in the spare parts bag. Do not 
discard any parts or equipment until the unit is 
assembled.

Mounting of the bag cover (Figure 7)

 to the right.

 onto the right end 

of the hinge

Mounting the grass box (Figure 11)  

1. Lift the 

cover (1)

 and hold it in OPEN position. 

2. Mount the 

grass box (2)

 in the slots of the 

support plates (3)

3. Ensure that the 

grass box (2)

 is correctly 

aligned with the mower and swivels freely.

Mounting the hanging plate extension 
and bag attachment plate baffle (Figure

1. Attach the ends of the 

hanging plate 

extension (1)

 to the top of the 

hanging plate

baffle of the bag fixing plate

Attach these parts with two 

bolts (3)

nuts (4)

. Make sure to 

place the

underneath the 

baffle of the bag fixing plate

2. Attach the centre of the hanging

 plate 

extension (1)

 with the 

bolt (5)

washer (6)

 

and 

nut (7)

 

Final assembly 

  

 

1. Inspect all fasteners. Check that all fasteners 

are properly mounted and tightened. 

2. Check the assembly.  Make sure that all parts 

are correctly assembled. 

 

 

DANGER: before mounting or 
servicing the mower, remove the 
cable from the spark plug. 

NOTE: In this user manual, left and right 
describe replacing a part with the operator 
sitting on the mower.

Mounting the grass box 

1.

Slide the base of the 

tube (1)

 into the 

metal rod (2)

 and secure with pins (3). 

2. Align the holes on the 

tube (1)

 with the holes on 

the

 metal frame (2)

 and secure with the 

pins 

(3)

. Make sure to spread BOTH legs of each 

pin (3)

 by twisting them.

DANGER: The torsion spring (7) is 
equipped with a return spring so that 
the cover (1) closes 

automatically. Use caution when mounting the 
torsion spring (7). 

 

Mounting of extension and connecting 
pipes

shredder cover (3)

Attach the extension tube (4) with the 

wing nut
