LIMITED TO TWO YEARS
Outdoor power equipment accessories
warrants to the first purchaser that this outdoor
power equipment accessory that it will to be free
from defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and maintenance for the period
mentioned below. All these warranty periods start
from the date of purchase. This limited warranty
does not cover outdoor powered machines such
as push or riding mowers, or even parts of such
machines, such as engines and gearboxes, since
they are warranted by their respective
manufacturers. If you are unsure if your unit is
covered by this outdoor power equipment
accessory limited warranty, consult the dealer of
your unit.
It is because we are bound by the conditions and
restrictions noted in this warranty that we will
repair or replace, at our discretion, any part
covered by this warranty for the applicable
warranty period.
If a metal part of the machine has defects within
two (2) years from the date of purchase, we will
repair or replace it at our expense. If a non-
metallic part of the machine (fabric grass bag or
plastic part) is found to be defective within one
hundred and eighty (180) days of the date of
purchase, we will repair or replace it at our
expense.
This is your sole remedy; however, this warranty
shall not be valid and not apply to any device that
has been altered, damaged, misused, abused or
used for rental or other commercial and/or
professional (other than domestic) purposes.
Your warranty does not cover small mechanical
adjustments that are not due to any defect in
material or workmanship. For such adjustments,
consult your user manual.
To submit a claim under this warranty, return the
unit (or defective part, if you have been authorized
in advance) with proof of purchase to the closest authorized
after-sales service centre. To find your closest
authorized service centre, call the central spare
parts distributor in your area listed in the list
provided with your unit or consult the Yellow
Pages of your local telephone directory. If you
return the entire unit, we will repair it. If we only
allow the return of the defective part, we will
replace or repair it. In the event of a transmission
or differential failure (different from the transaxle),
the entire transmission or differential should be
returned as they do not contain user-serviceable
parts.
This
warranty gives you specific rights, and you
may also have other rights. This limited warranty
is expressly in lieu of any other form of
express or implied warranty, including, but not
limited to, the implied warranty of
merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose.
