Follow the procedure below for wiring and configuration of the inverter. Figure 2.9 illustrates the
wiring procedure with peripheral equipment.
Grounding terminals ( G)
Inverter output terminals (U, V, W, and G)
DC reactor connection terminals (P1 and P(+))*
DC braking resistor connection terminals (P(+), DB)*
DC link bus terminals (P(+) and N(-))*
Main circuit power input terminals (L1/R, L2/S and L3/T, or L1/L and L2/N)
* Perform wiring as necessary
Wiring procedure
Do not connect more
than 2 wires to the
terminal P(+).
When wiring the inverter to the
power supply that is 500 kVA or
more, be sure to connect an
optional DC reactor (DCR).
