Resolving a Ribbon Out Error  

All Troubleshooting procedures assume that only factory-authorized supplies are in use in 
the Printer. (

Note:  

Using the printer in direct sunlight may adversely affect the ribbon sensor 

integrity.)  

Step Procedure
