Using the Test Print button 

Step Description 

1 Click 

Test Print

 to send a simple self-test print to the DTC400e or C30e 

Printer.  

•

 

Ensure that an YMCKO Ribbon is installed.  

•

 

Ensure that the computer is effectively communicating with the Printer 
and that the Printer is functioning properly.  

•

 

Ensure that an 

YMCKOK

 Ribbon is installed in order for a 

DTC400e/C30e Card Printer with a Flipper Table Module to print a dual-
sided image. 

2 Click 

Test Print

 to send a simple self-test print to the M30e Printer.  

•

 

Ensure that the Ribbon is installed for M30e  

•

 

Ensure that the computer is effectively communicating with the Printer 
and that the Printer is functioning properly.  

Ensure that the Ribbon is installed in order for a M30e Card Printer with a 
Flipper Table Module to print a dual-sided image.
