Chapter 1 – Kit disassembly
Unpacking Your Hot Rod Kit
Please note that your boxes are numbered, when you read your packing list you will see that next to
each assembly there is a number circled. This is the box number that the assembly was packaged into.
After everything is safely in your garage, open each box and do a physical inventory of all the parts.
Call and report any potentially missing parts within 45 days of receiving your order.
Do one box at a time and replace all the contents before going on to the next box.
Kit Parts Prep
There are a number of parts in the kit that are packed as bare metal. This is done to allow you to paint,
powder coat, or chrome the parts as you desire. It makes the build a lot smoother if you coat these parts
ahead of time so you do not have to wait for them when doing the assembly. These parts are:
