Phone Book
Clone Group
The Clone Group page allows you to copy the details
of an existing entry to a new group entry in the
Phone
Book . The page lists all entries by Group ID .
The list can display a maximum of 50 entries.
Group # In Use displays the Group ID number in use.
To clone a group entry:
1.
Press the up/down arrow keys to highlight the
desired entry.
2. Press the
Clone
function key to copy the details of
the highlighted entry and append a new Group ID
to the list.
OR
3. Press to cancel your selection and go back to the
Phone Book
menu.
