Interface - Port

Flow Control: When Flow Control is enabled, the FTB-860 will stop
transmitting for the requested time value specified by the valid flow
control frame received. Choices are
Auto , None, and RX . The default
setting is
None
. When the
Flow Control

, pause frames
received are ignored.
Note: When
Duplex
is Half, only the

option is displayed for
Flow Control
.
Note:
For Auto , the negotiated flow control is displayed beside the flow control
configuration parameter.

selected as the Interface Type .

J0 Trace
: Enter the
J0 Trace
value in the 16 bytes format. The default
value is EXFO 10GigE .

J1 Trace
: Enter the
J1 Trace
value in the 16 bytes format. The default
value is EXFO 10GigE .
Note: 16 bytes selection allows typing up to 15 bytes (a CRC-7 byte will be added
in front for a total of 16 bytes).
Note: J0 and J1 values should be 7-bit T.50 suitable characters.
Note: The Control Characters button in the J0 Trace and J1 Trace message
keyboard, allows the user to select the required character. For more details
on
Control Characters , see page 33.

Path Signal Label (C2)
: The C2 byte is allocated to indicate the
content of the STS SPE, including the status of the mapped payload.
The default setting is

Padding : Select Null or Space to fill up the J0 Trace and J1 Trace up
to15 byte value.
