6.2.2.13 set spantree porthello
Use this command to set the hello time for one or more Spanning Tree ports. This is the time interval
(in seconds) the port(s) will transmit BPDUs.
set spantree porthello port-string interval

Example
This example shows how to set the hello time to 3 seconds for port fe.1.4:
NOTE:
This command can be executed only if bridge hello mode is disabled. For
information on using the
set spantree bridgehellomode
command, refer to
Section 6.2.1.28 .
port-string Specifies the port(s) for which to set hello time.
interval Specifies the number of seconds the system waits before
broadcasting a bridge hello message. Valid values are
1 -
10.
