(V02max) can be made.
The maximum oxygen uptake capacity determines how much oxygen a person is able to utilise during
maximum exertion. The higher this figure, the better the oxygen supply to the muscles. The better the oxygen
supply, the lower the energy consumption and the more efficiently the person will move.
