The hard drive used on the Transient Daughterboard is specially rated for continuous
operation. This drive should be replaced annually. In emergencies, any 2.5 in. parallel IDE
drive may be used temporarily, but these drives are not generally rated for continuous
operation.
When installing the Transient Daughterboard on the 6560 Processor module, make sure all
five mating connectors are fully engaged, and then install all six mounting screws.
