Command Line Interface
OST commands
This section lists the OST commands on the DL3D 1500/3000
command line interface and the syntax of these commands.
add storageserver
Adds a storage server
Description
The add storageserver command lets you add a storage server to
CIFS or NFS. You must specify a number of parameters.
Syntax
syscli --add storageserver --name <server_name> --maxconnect
<connect_count> --proto
{cifs|nfs} [--ro] [--hidden] [--desc
<description>] [--dedup [--startbackup <hh:mm> --endbackup
<hh:mm>]]
del storageserver
Deletes a storage server
Description The del storageserver command lets you delete a specified storage
server from CIFS or NFS. You must specify the server name.
Syntax
syscli --del storageserver --name <server_name>
edit storageserver
Edits a storage server
Description
The edit storageserver command lets you edit a specified storage
server. You must specify the description, start backup and end
backup times.
Syntax syscli --edit storageserver --name <server_name> [--maxconnect
<connect_count>] [--desc <storageserver description>]
[--startbackup <hh:mm>] [--endbackup <hh:mm>]
