ONT Firmware Update

Introduction

This chapter describes different methods of ONT firmware update using the OMCI protocol.

46.1

ONT Firmware Update Download

ONT firmware update can run automatically for all ONTs or for a specified ONT. To start the update,

download a firmware update file to the line terminal. To download the file, use the

copy

command and

specify the file name and the address of the TFTP server as parameters:
