BAPPU-
evo
Multi-measuring device for workplace analysis
Special features for the measurement of illuminance
BAPPU-evo is used to measure lighting conditions at a typical work place, including,
for example, those specified in DIN 5035-6:2006-11. With other conditions, larger
measuring tolerances may occur.

In order to get the best results, it is advisable to place the illumination sensor in a
horizontal position at the work place to be measured. The table mounting pin can be
used for positioning the device correctly.
Special features for temperature measurement
With the key
a dew point calculation is available. This is calculated on the
basis of the determined measured values of air temperature and relative humidity. At
the dew point temperature, the maximum saturation of the air with steam is reached.
If it falls below, liquid water, condensation falls on surfaces that fall below this
temperature, down.
Supply Voltage
The voltage can be supplied from a power supply unit, rechargeable battery or, in
special cases, a battery. If the voltage supply is too low, the device will turn itself off.
In order to guarantee smooth operation, we recommend using GP NiMh
HR6 210AAHCB 2050mAh 1.2V rechargeable battery packs. The external voltage
supply for using the power supply unit provided or the USB port of the PC is
indicated by
on BAPPU-evo.
Caution:
We recommend the use of rechargeable batteries.
Caution
: If the symbol for external power supply does not flash
or flashes, the power supply of the USB port is insufficient.
Caution:
Do not leave the device unattended while charging.
