4. Main menu
After switching on the device – after a start message
and a self-test – the main menu will appear.

From the main menu you can access the functions
described below.
4.1. BAPPU-measurement
By selecting the menu item “measurement”, you are
presented with an overview of the work place and the
work place list. Edit the work places (name, type of
work place, measurement sequence profile) and/or
start measuring.
Measurement sequences that are marked with “*”
already store measurement data.
By pressing the “Current” softkey, the user is presented
with an up-to-date overview of the current
measurement values.
The “Edit” softkey is used for editing the work place
name and the type of work place as well as the
measurement sequence profile.

ranges. All available measuring
ranges are only visible during the
complete run of a series of
measurements.
4.2.
Recording
Here the user can access the settings for the counter and commence the internal long-
term recording. After a short time, and depending upon the intervals that have been
selected, the user will be able to see the progress of the selected measuring range.

In order to be able to utilise the data that has been
recorded, you will need to purchase a
licence
for “
BAPPU-
time
” long-term recording software. This is available as an
option and is not provided with the standard delivery.
