5.2. Editing the work place
Each work place is assigned with a (memory) number, and can also be given a name
and can be arranged according to the type of work place. By default, the work place
type is “BAP” (on screen work place) as well as the profile name “Standard”.
Information pertaining to setting up and editing the work
place types can be found on page 30, chapter 9.7,
„Defining the type (defining the type of work place)“
Select the specific work place in the list ( )
and press “edit” (F3).

Editing the work place type can be
carried out only using “BAPPU-
Standard” software. Assigning a

To assign a name, select “Name” and press . Using the screen keyboard, the user
can enter a name with up to a maximum of 20 characters.
Allocating the work place type
Select an existing type using . This had already been created and transferred to
the BAPPU-evo (please refer to page 30, chapter 9.7, „Defining the type (defining the
type of work place)“).
Tip: Tip:
When you do not wish to select specific results, please
select work place type “NONE”.
Allocating the work place type profile
Select an existing profile using . In doing so, the user defines which measuring
ranges are to included in the measurement sequence (please refer to page 18 chapter
5.1 “Modifying the measurement profile (Profile)”).
