10. Data output / Data transmission 

All gauges from the MiniTest  series 725,  735 and 745 are equipped with a USB and a Bluetooth 
interface . Measuring and statistical values stored in a batch can be printed either using Bluetooth 
interface to trigger the data printer MiniPrint 7000 (recommended accessory) or transferred to a PC 
software  (terminal  program,  e.g.  Msoft  7000)  using  the  USB  cable  or  the  wireless  Bluetooth 
interface. The output format corresponds to the hard copy printed with MiniPrint 7000. 
The „MSoft 7 Basic Edition“ software offers high user comfort with regards to evaluation of batches 
and export of readings to data formats text and Excel

®

-format. The „MSoft 7 Professional“ software 

(available  as  option)  allows  not  only  standard  data  export  to  text  and  Excel

® 

format  but  also  the 

creation of complete measurement protocols in PDF format. Integration of descriptive texts as well 
as photos of samples is also possible.  

10.1 Print out data 

Readings  and  statistics  of  a  batch  are  transferred  to  a  data  printer  MiniPrint 7000  using  the 
wireless  Bluetooth  interface.  Before  printing,  a  one-time  pairing  of  the  printer  with  the  MiniTest 
gauge is required (see chapter 9.3). 

 

 

 

Select the statistics menu by pressing the function key „STAT“. Select 
the submenu „Printing“ using the arrow keys „

“ or „

“and validate by 

pressing the „OK button. 

 

 

 

 

The submenu „Printing“ offers the following options for data transfer to a 
printer: 
 

- 

„All“ : Readings as well as statistical values are transferred 

- 

„Statistics“ : only statistical values are transferred 

- 

„Readings“ : only single readings are transferred 
 

Select  an  option  using  the  arrow  keys  „

“  or  „

“    and  validate  by 

pressing the „OK“ button.  

 

 

 
After activation of the print function, the message „Connecting…“ is displayed. If no printer 
connection was or can be established, the message: „Warning: No printer / PC found“ is displayed.  
Data transmission is signaled by the display message „Data transfer“.  
 
If the error message „Data transmission error“ is displayed:
