Safety precautions
WARNING
Squeezing or crushing injuries. Because of the significant weight
of the instrument, great care must be taken not to cause squeezing
or crushing injuries during movement. At least two people are
recommended for moving the unit.
WARNING
Secure jacking bolts. Do not move the instrument without engaging
the jacking bolts. Always secure the instrument using the jacking
bolts to prevent damage to the load cells, thereby avoiding damage
to the equipment and injury to operators.
WARNING
Improper use of jacking bolts. Improper use of jacking bolts may
cause the instrument to collapse on the operator.
CAUTION
Hot surface. Make sure that the instrument surface temperature
is equal to room temperature before cleaning.
CAUTION
Cleaning. Always clean the equipment in a well ventilated area.
Never immerse any part of the equipment in liquid or spray liquid
on the equipment. Always make sure that the equipment is com-
pletely dry before plugging it in. Always follow all environmental,
health, and safety guidelines pertaining to the materials used.
