Find the file you want to copy:

The audit trail file is located in the StorageCardSD folder.

The data log file is located in the Logs subfolder.
Copy the file as follows:

Right-click the file name, and then click Save As on the shortcut
menu.

Browse to the destination folder on your computer.

Click Save.
If you want to create a graph using your exported time data, verify that the
computer region and language settings in Control Panel are set to English
(United States). This makes sure that your time data format is compatible with
Excel.

Download the logs using a USB
memory stick
Follow the instructions below to download the audit or data logs with a USB memory
stick.

Remove the protective cover from the USB connection port on the front of
the I/O Cabinet and insert a USB memory stick into the port.
