Step
Turn off the TCU.

NOTICE
Do not drain the jacket immediately after use due to
coolant high temperature.
Disconnect the coolant inlet and outlet tubing from the TCU.

Prepare a 70 L container for collection of the drained coolant.

Connect the drain valve to the collection container as appropriate.

Open the drain valve.

Open the vent valve and collect the coolant.

When the fluid flow stops, lift the coolant outlet tubing (Return) to drain the
content of the tubing into the vessel jacket.

Prepare the tubing for draining the vessel jacket bottom:

Attach a Snap-tite connector to the tubing.

Put the end of the drain tubing into the collection container.
c
Connect the Snap-tite connector of the drain tubing to the
coolant inlet tubing (connected to Supply).

Wait until all fluid has drained out from the mixer vessel jacket.
