Disengage the impellers as follows, one by one:

Pull out the agitator handle completely from under the mixer
vessel.
Note:
A spring holds the handle retracted under the mixer vessel.

Press the handle slowly downwards. You need to use light force
to overcome the magnetic attraction between the agitator drive
head and the impeller baseplate.
Result: The protective collar surrounding the impeller baseplate
is raised. The impeller baseplate is disconnected from the agitator
drive head.

Keep holding the handle and let the spring retract the handle
back under the mixer vessel. Use light force to control the
movement.
Lift the disposable bag out of the mixer vessel.

Disposal of the bag
Follow the instructions below to dispose of the used disposable bag assembly.

If the site policy requires decontamination of the bag prior to disposal, rinse
the walls of the empty bag with a bleach solution, then drain.
