for loading in default parameters.
Fn80, 81, 82, 83, 84Quick Pick Extended Hoist Speed Operation
Applies to only CC2110-2220 and CC4110-4220 models. These inverters are equipped with the
'Quick Pick' function which allows extended speeds of operation for empty hook or light load
handling.
Warning:
Please consider all the mechanical components rotating speed before enabling 'Quick
Pick' operation. Permission from the component manufacturer is required for safety 'Quick Pick'
operation.
Fn80
=Raise enable current: Maximum acceptable average current level in which Quick Pick will
operate. Setting Fn80=0 will disable Quick Pick. Adjustable from 30% to 100% rated output
current.
Fn81
= Lower enable current: Maximum acceptable average current level in which Quick Pick will
operate. Setting Fn81=0 will disable Quick Pick. Adjustable from 30% to 100% rated output
current.
Fn82
=Quick Pick maximum frequency: The maximum frequency at which the inverter will oper-
ate once Quick Pick is enabled.
Fn83
=Quick Pick threshold frequency: The point at which the Quick Pick function begins to
operate if current detection is satisfied. Adjustable from 2 to 120Hz.
Fn84
=Quick Pick delay time once both conditions of current and frequency threshold are satisfied.
Note: Before 'Quick Pick' is enabled it is necessary to set all codes Fn0~Fn79 properly in order to
allow 'Quick Pick' to function.

5.4Factory Default Load
5.4.1 Loading pre-programmed macro programs for hoist or trolley motions 'Quick Set'.
CAUTION:
These pre-determined programs are provided for a general starting point for either
hoist or traverse motions. They are not considered final setpoints. The inverter should receive a
final tuning under full load conditions to determine exact final program values.
Fn29 set to 0= Hoist 'Quick Set'. See hoist column on sheets 33 and 34 for exact default values.
Fn29 set to 1= Traverse 'Quick Set'. See traverse column on sheets 33 and 34 for exact default
values.
