13.3.1.2 Monitoring Ping Targets
View the status of all your ping targets from the M)onitor menu > P)ing targets option. This screen
displays the ping target ID, description, and IP address. Under
Status
the word
Alarm
will appear if an
alarm has been activated and
Clear
will appear if an alarm condition is not present.

13.3.1.3 Monitoring and Operating Relays (Controls)
The NetGuardian comes equipped with 8 relays that can be used to control external devices. Monitor the
status of your relays from the M)onitor menu > R)elays option.
Relays are set to normally open (N/O) as the factory default, but each or all of them can be changed to
normally closed (N/C) by changing their respective jumper (see the section titled "Controls").
