Wavelength calibration

Reassigns new wavelengths to each pixel, based on the emission
spectrum from the deuterium lamp. Both the initial calibration and
previous calibration are stored in the calibration log and can be
retrieved at any time.

To calibrate the wavelength:

a. Press F8 to display the Commands dialog box.

b. Select

(to display UV-related commands).

c. Select

UV_Calibration

and then

WavelengthCal

d. Click the

Execute

button.

e. When the calibration procedure is complete, select the

WavelengthCalResult

command, or click the

Wavelength

button on the PDA-100 Wellness control panel.
