Side panels removed.
Replace Main logic board.
Set all appropriate jumpers.
Reseat the CPU module.
Make sure all jumpers are correctly set.

Install terminator card.
Install SIMMs and memory module.

Brightness and contrast

Make sure OCP backlight is set to ON in the
