Counter
no. Meaning
1 This counter is incremented when a connection made to a PP is the only connection of the FP.
2 This counter is incremented when the FP already has a connection to a PP and a connection is being
established to a second PP.
3 This counter is incremented when the FP already has a connection to two PPs and a connection is
being established to a third PP.
4 This counter is incremented when the FP already has a connection to three PPs and a connection is
being established to a fourth PP.
5 This counter is incremented when the FP already has a connection to four or more PPs and a connec-
tion is being established to a further PP.
6 This counter is incremented when a hand-over is being made to the FP and there are no connections
to another PP.
7 This counter is incremented when a hand-over is being made to the FP and there is already a con-
nection to another PP.
8 This counter is incremented when a hand-over is being made to the FP and there is already a con-
nection to two other PPs.
9 This counter is incremented when a hand-over is being made to the FP and there is already a con-
nection to three or more other PPs.
10 This counter is incremented when an existing connection with the FP is concluded by hand-over and
this connection was the only connection of the FP.
11 This counter is incremented when an existing connection with the FP is concluded by hand-over and
the FP has a further connection to another PP.
12 This counter is incremented when an existing connection with the FP is concluded by hand-over and
the FP has two further connections to other PPs.
13 This counter is incremented when an existing connection with the FP is concluded by hand-over and
the FP has three or more further connections to other PPs
