to toggle the setting between ON and OFF.
During defragmentation of the drive or during file writing via the
application, the user area may be organized entirely or partially. During
that time (for approximately one second), the application may temporarily
stop and the hourglass icon appears on the bottom right. The icon can be
set to be displayed (ON) or not (OFF).
