module is loose, the
projection is inserted
into the hole on the
backplane, and the
screw is tightened.
The projection under
the module must be
inserted into the
hole in the
backplane, and the
screw must be
tightened.
Install the
module firmly.
Check whether the
removable terminal
block is loose
The removable
terminal block must
not be loose.
Install the
terminal block
firmly.
4 Connection
Check whether the
connector is loose.
The connector must
not be loose.
Further tighten
the screws on
the connector.
Power
supply
module

indicator
Check whether the
POWER LED indicator
is ON.
The POWER LED
indicator must be
ON.
RUN LED
indicator
When the CPU module
is running, check
whether the RUN LED
is ON.
