The value in % expresses the minimum voltage for the output in
question.
Example
:
A setting of 20% means that the output voltage will be 2 volt as a
minimum.
The setting 'Reverse out' has no influence on the 'V out max’ or ‘V
out min' settings.
The 'V out min' setting has higher priority than 'V out max'.
