CHECK 4
Caution
Be sure to turn off the power switch before connecting or disconnecting
connectors, or parts may be damaged.
Is the power supply voltage
between L and N between
220-240 V ±10%?
Is the measured
voltage greater or equal to
220-240 VDC?
Check the power transistor.
Is the power transistor failing?
Measure voltage b and - of
the electrolytic capacitor (C+, C-)
when the compressor is operating.
Calibrate the power voltage.
Replace the fan motor (M1F).
Monitor voltage.
(Instantaneous voltage drop)
Replace the fan PCB (A1P).
Replace the outdoor unit main PCB. (A1P)
CHECK 17
Is the resistance between the phases
of the fan motor connector greater
than the standard?
Check the PCB condition.
In case of a serious failure,
compressor failure may lead to PCB
failure. Therefore, failure would
recur when replacing the PCB. To
avoid this situation, recheck whether
the compressor is grounded or
whether the wire is broken.
Moreover, check the compressor
after replacing the PCB.
