voltage between
the terminals F1 (+)
and F2 (-) in the range of
15.2 to 17.6

transmission terminals (F1 and
F2) of the master unit
transmission equipment using
a multiple meter.
It is supposed that the
malfunction results from
external factors (e.g. noises)
from other equipment.
