Pull off the burner

Turn the burner by 180° and place it on the burner flange.

Hang in the burner through the opening in the holder plate in the
service screw and engage in the bayonet lock. Tighten the ser-
vice screw.

The burner is now in the service position (see
Fig. 7-11
).

The burner can also be hooked onto the side of the mounting
bracket (accessory) at the top edge of the boiler (see
Fig. 7-12
).

Installation is carried out in reverse order.
7.4.2
Installing/removing the recirculation pipe
The recirculation pipe can only be removed when the burner is re-
moved and the combustion chamber is open.
DANGER: RISK OF BURNING
Danger of burning on hot surfaces.
▪ Let the burner cool down sufficiently before dismantling.
▪ Wear protective gloves.

Switch off the main heater switch.

Remove the boiler cladding (see
Chap. 4.10
).

Open the combustion chamber (see
Chap. 9.2.3
).

Rotate the recirculation tube (turn bayonet lock anticlockwise by
1/8 rotation).
Install the recirculation tube in reverse order.

Removing/fitting the burner

Switch off the main heater switch.

Remove the boiler cladding (see
Chap. 4.10
).

Close the valve on the oil filter and unscrew the oil hoses from
the oil filter.

Remove plugs X1, X11 and X15 from the firing unit and the in-
ternal burner plugs connected to plug X1.

Remove the burner from the burner flange (see
Chap. 7.4.1
).

Unscrew the four fixing screws from the burner flange.

Lift the burner flange with burner tube and recirculation tube out
of the burner chamber.
Install the burner in reverse order.

Start the burner, check the function and settings.
