Oil connection (item A)
INFORMATION
The use of copper pipes when using biological oil can
cause problems - we therefore recommend using the VA-
Oil plastic oil delivery line.
1
Connect the oil line. Please note that the inner diameter of the oil
line must not be greater than 8 mm. Use the VA-Oil oil delivery
line or copper tubes with diameter between 6 and 8 mm as the
oil line. The total resistance of the suction line (total of height dif-
ference, line resistance and individual resistances) must not ex-
ceed a water column of 4 m (0.4 bar).
2
Fill up the oil line. To do so, suction the oil using a hand pump.
3
Check the oil line for leakage in accordance with local regula-
tions (DIN 4755: min. 5 bar overpressure and 0.3 bar underpres-
sure).
4.9
Filling the system
Only fill the A2 F after completion of all installation work in the order
shown below.
4.9.1
Checking the water quality and adjusting
the pressure gauge
1
Comply with the instructions for the water connection (see ) and
water quality (see
Chap. 1.2.5
).
2
Adjust the mechanical pressure gauge (install on site in accord-
ance with
Chap. 4.6.1
or temporarily install and adjust with filling
hose).
3
Rotate the pressure gauge glass so that the minimum pressure
mark equates to the
system 2 m
(1 m water column
corresponds to 0.1 bar).
4.9.2
Filling the heating system
see
Chap. 9.2.1
.
