When you change the FFT sample size, triggers and Go/No-Go tolerances are disabled. You might need to re-
enable these tolerances.
Showing and Hiding Trigger Settings
You can add lines to the trace displays to show the active trigger settings, see

To show active trigger lines on the display, check the box for
Show active trigger lines
(see figure below).

To hide all trigger lines on the display, clear the box for
Show active trigger lines
