SW4 – Module Startup Option.
In the PLC

position, the module will wait for the PLC

Network Server command starting the network services. CHAPTER 4. CAMP SERVER
COMMANDS describes the PLC logic required. In the A
UTO

position, the module will
automatically start up using parameters stored in the module EEPROM or obtained from a DHCP
server.

When using the PLC Start Option, the PLC must be in run mode before the module will start.
SW5 - Configuration Lock
. When set to the L
OCKED
position, this switch prevents the user from
changing the module configuration via the web server, even if a valid password is entered.
Note:
The Configuration Lock is designed to prevent changes to the module configuration via the web
server interface. This does not prevent EEPROM from being automatically updated when using
DHCP or PLC start options

SW7 - Password Bypass
. When set to the C

position, this switch bypasses all password
checks in the web server. This is typically used to allow the user to change passwords when the
current password has been forgotten or when password protection is not required.
