0:Running at the lower frequency limit
1:Running at zero frequency.Inverter will Running at zero frequency when the running
frequency is less than the lower frequency limit.When the reference frequency is higher
than or equal to the lower frequency limit again,the Inverter will automatic increase
frequency to run.
