F3.16 is effective at constant power. When the motor speed is running above the
rated speed, the motor enters the field weakening operation. The curvature of the weak
magnetic curve can be changed by modifying the weak magnetic control coefficient. The
larger the value is, the steeper the weak magnetic curve is. The smaller the value is, the
smoother the weak magnetic curve is.
