*2
Judgement signals are output before an error signal (DL3 stage) to speed up the measurement time.
Change the judgement signal to the END stage to avoid the generation of both an acceptance signal
and an error signal.
*3
The high pressure circuit (H15) verifies the action of the air operated valves by checking the pilot
pressure on the basis of pressure switches, not by the air blow (DL3) stage.
*4
When the memory switch 24 is set to 0, the maximum values of the CHG timer and the STB timer are
6000.0 seconds.
When a value of 1000.0 seconds or greater is set, the digits after the decimal point are truncated.
When a value of 6001.0 seconds or greater is set, the timer value is infinite (9999.0).

Final value judgement
→
Judgement is made at the end of DET stage. Even though the leak rate
exceeds limit once, if it’s within the limit range at the end of DET stage, tester
judges it as a good (Go) part.

Instantaneous judgement

Judgement is made when the leak rate exceeds the limits.

Judgement hold (Manufacturer’s setting)
→
Judgement is made at the end of the DET stage. If the leak rate exceeds limit
once, tester judges it as a leaking (No-Go) part even if the final value is within
the limits.

Hold the [Busy] signal when NG judgment is made or an error is detected.
When memory switch 03 is set to 0 (judgment signal held) in this mode, the [Clamp] and [Busy]
output signals are cleared when the STOP key is pressed once after an NG judgment or an error.
When the STOP key is pressed again, the judgment display, judgment signal output and error
output are cleared.
*3
DET stroke signal
The operating is output between the start of the DET stage and its timeout. If the DPS overflows in
the meantime, it is not detected until DET stage times out. This signal can be used to detect vary
the internal volume of the tested part in the DET stage, as by reciprocating the piston in the tested
part, to detect leaks in the middle of the stroke. (The tested part must be rest to its original internal
volume before the DET stage times out.) To effect such action, final judgement mode must be set
as judgement mode.
