7.5.3 Locking the key of the test pressure gauge
Locking the gauge key prevents the keys from being accidentally pressed while in Measure mode.
1) Keep pressing the key for 5 sec. or longer in measurement mode.
The current setting “LoC” or “UnL” is displayed.
(Releasing key lock can be done in the same way.)
2) ress the or key to select locking or unlocking of the key.
3) Press the key to enter the setting.
7.5.4 Zero reset of the test pressure gauge
Under atmospheric pressure, the reading of the gauge can be reset to zero if the reading is within the range
of ± 70 digits. Keep pressing and keys simultaneously resets the test pressure display to 0.
Releasing the keys completes the zero reset and returns to Measure mode.

error
Er1
A load current of switch output is flows
80mA or more. .
Turn the power off and remove
the output factor for the over
current. Then turn the power on.
Er2
Residual
pressure error
Er3
During zero clear operation, pressure over
± 10%F.S.(±5%F.S. for ZSE80F Series) is
applied. In 1 sec., the mode will reset to the
measurement mode. ± 1 digit of the zero
clear range changes with individual product
differences.
Perform zero clear operation
again after restoring the applied
pressure to an atmospheric
pressure condition .zero reset
again.
Pressurizing
error
HHH
Pressure exceeding the high limit of the set
pressure range is applied.
Reset applied pressure to a
level within the set pressure
range.
LLL
Auto-shift
error
Or
The measured pressure at auto-shift input
exceeds the set pressure range.
Auto-shift input is restricted by
connected equipment and
machine. Check the connected
equipment and machine.
System error

Display in the case of an internal data error.
Turn the power off and turn it on
again.
If the error won’t clear, contact

The gauge enters output format alteration mode by pressing the key for 2 seconds or
longer but less than 4 seconds allows. In this mode, do not press or .
If any other indication other than “UnL” or “Loc” appears on the display, press the SET key
repeatedly to return to Measure mode or turn the leak tester off and turn it on again.
NOTE
If or key is independently pressed for longer than 1 second, the reading
will blink. In such case, keep pressing the same key for longer than 1 second.
