a) Connecting power
This tester can accept 100 to 240 VAC ±10% at 50/50 Hz single-phased power supply. Make sure to
properly connect the ground. The standard power cord supplied with the leak tester is rated 100 to 125
VAC. Special power cord for 200 to 240 VAC is available upon request.
b) Connecting signals
Connect the leak tester to an external controller, such as a PLC, by means of the I/O port connector.
Electrical Shock Hazard
Turn off the main power before connection.
CAUTION
Electrical Shock Hazard
operating the leak tester from a nonstandard power
source can result in electrical shock hazards or fire.
CAUTION
Use a power line free from a noise source. If the power line falls on
a path of noise propagation, use an insulating transformer or
noise-cut transformer for their noise cancellation effect.
NOTE
Use a shielded cable for wiring. Keep the signal
and power supply lines apart within the equipment.
NOTE
Twisting the common line will help reducing noises.
NOTE
Keep the wiring to a minimum length required.
Never leave a slack loop halfway.
