a) While NR is on, if a measured leak rate exceeds the limit but within the NR limit, NR process starts
automatically. In the NR process, the DET stage is iterated a preset number of times.
b) When the tester enters NR process, a timer extension signal is transmitted from external I/O.
c) If the cycle timeout limit program is used by the external controller, use this signal to cancel it.
d) If the Master-Preset feature is on, Master-Preset compensation is not carried out during the noise
reduction process.
e) Leak test ends, when Go judgement is made.
f) The iteration number of DET can be set from 1 to 9. Setting the iteration to 0 disables the NR.
<Operation>
1) In the Original mode, press
