8 COMPENSATION MODE (MASTER-PRESET)
53
8.1.3 Sampling externally through control I/O port
<Operation>
1) Press the MAN/REM key in Measurement mode to switch to remote. The MAN LED should light.
2) Turn on the Master-Preset signal.
3) Turn on the Start signal.
<Stage>
Measurement proceeds in the sequence of the stages:
DL1
→
CHG
→
DL2
→
BAL (1)
→
DET (1)
→
STB
→
BAL (2)
→
DET (2)
→
DL3
→
END
If the results in all stages fall in the set limit range, the tester calculates the Master-Preset value.

a) The tester makes large leak judgement when the measured differential pressure exceeds ±1000 Pa (or
±300 Pa depending on memory switch setting) during DL2 (1), DET (1), and DET2 (2) stages. The
tester makes NG judgement when the measured differential pressure exceeds HI or LO limit.
b) The Master-Preset value is not stored when NG is made.
c) The AD overflow value is 2048 Pa or higher.
d) The following errors may be detected:
∆
P sensor offset error, air-operated valve check, and test pressure check
If a NG judgement of or error occurs in any stage, the Master-Preset value is
not updated (the previous data is held).
NOTE
The tester transmits the [Clamp] and [Busy] signals in the Charge Delay (DL1)
stage. To use these signals in order to drive clamp fittings, adjust the timer for
this stage so that the tester moves to the Charge stage after clamping is
completed.
